Symposium fees incl. VAT:

Special conditions on request for: administration, ministries, universities and participants from non-industrialised countries.
The participation fee includes participation in the symposium, the visit to the specialist exhibition naro.tech, the exhibition documentation, refreshments in the intervals and participation in the evening event on 5th September 2012 (except for students).
Registrations which are received by 1st July 2012 will receive an early booking discount of 5%. Cancellations 7 days before the beginning of the event shall be charged 50% of the fee. Should you cancel on the day of the event, the complete fee shall be charged. Cancellations must be made in writing. We would like to ask you to only pay the participation fee after receiving the invoice.
I hereby express my explicit consent that my address details - marked with stars (*) – can be published in the participant list. The participant list shall be presented at the event and used to facilitate contact amongst the participants.
